What happens to telemetry after it leaves your app: encryption, how we use it, and the LLM providers that never keep it.
Encryption
The SDK sends events to Rasputin over HTTPS. Traffic from your app to our API is encrypted with TLS.
How your data is used
We process what you send only to provide the product: grouping errors, showing them in your project, and investigating when you ask. Your data stays in your organization. Other customers cannot see it.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it to train models, ours or anyone else's.
Language models
Investigations and error grouping call third-party LLM APIs under zero data retention. Those providers do not train on your content and do not keep it after the request.
